AmeriCorps*VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America)
Mount Marty College has an immediate opening for an AmeriCorps*VISTA position. AmeriCorps *VISTA members serve full-time for one year. Members seek to create and expand programs that ultimately bring low-income individuals and communities out of poverty. They would work with faculty to integrate service into the curriculum and recruit, train, and support students, faculty, staff, and community agencies in service-learning and events.

Experience in community service, fundraising, and grant-writing would be a plus. Members will work varying hours, receive a modest living allowance and other benefits provided through the AmeriCorps program. Please visit www.AmeriCorps.org for more information about the program.
