Lancer Softball Home Run Derby on Sunday

Can you hit a softball 215 feet?  Find out at Riverside Park Sunday September 28th during the 3rd Annual Lancer Softball Home Run Derby. 

As part of the derby, Mount Marty Lancer softball players will hit from 1pm-1:30pm and the alumni and public will have the opportunity to hit from 1:30pm-2:30pm. 

The home run derby is a fundraiser for the softball program at Mount Marty College. Proceeds for this fundraiser will go directly to their spring trip.  The cost for the public to participate in the home run derby is $20 and each participant with receive a derby t-shirt. Awards will be presented for first place in the men’s and women’s divisions.

The public is also invited to watch the white/grey scrimmage which will follow the event.
