Courses You'll Love, Skills You'll Use.
At Mount Marty College, even the classrooms are smart. Our 100% wireless campus, "smart" classrooms featuring the latest technology, and laptop program each student receives a wireless-ready laptop to use in class and around campus are just a few examples of our commitment to preparing students for the real world. Our liberal arts foundation and Catholic Benedictine heritage mean that Mount Marty students benefit from a long tradition of faith-based learning focused on developing the whole person. Students gain confidence and skills in classes that engage them as future professionals and lifelong learners, and our graduate placement rates attest to our commitment to integrating academics with career-focused practical learning.
Professors with Class.
We believe tomorrow's successful leaders will be critical thinkers, articulate communicators, ready problem-solvers, and capable leaders. In order to learn these skills, it's important that students have the chance to develop trusting relationships with faculty. That's why all classes at Mount Marty are taught by professors (not teaching assistants) who regularly give out their home phone numbers, cheer on student-athletes from the bleachers, and participate in student events and activities. Our dedicated, accessible faculty and 14:1 student-to-faculty ratio mean personalized attention from caring mentors who know who you are and where you want to go. An average class size of 25 students means hands-on learning, collaboration, and plenty of engaging discussions in every discipline. Our excellent advising program and Scholastica Learning Center offer even more opportunities for students to get support and share ideas.
