Phi Alpha Theta is an honorary society for history majors. This organization plans several activities to include field trips to historic sites and attending presentations on historical topics.

Many history majors become active in the History Club and participate in Make a Difference Day, fundraisers, and also get together for fun and fellowship. The History program provides research opportunities with primary sources of oral history interviews.
