Information Technology majors have the opportunity to experience the real world of work through campus employment opportunities like the Helpdesk. Mount Marty College offers students a help desk to provide technical support and assistance for their laptops.

MMC Information Technology majors are encouraged to participate in an internship program. Other opportunities include assisting with the MMC Technology Camp.

Additional opportunities outside the classroom include student research. Past students have presented their research findings at the CMA Symposium for Computer Science.
