In the past four years, we have successfully placed 100% of our graduates who have pursued employment as a nurse. Other graduates have successfully attended and completed graduate school.

Graduates are eligible to take the National Council Licensing Examination (NCLEX) for state licensure as registered nurses. MMC's pass rate for the NCLEX is higher than the national average. In 2001, MMC's pass rate for the NCLEX was 100%.

Some of our graduates are employed at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton; Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls; Children's Hospital in Omaha; Rapid City Regional Hospital; and Marian Health Center in Sioux City.
