Employers prefer to hire management personnel from within their organization, but few technicians possess the additional theory and business practical experience that would make them eligible for promotion. Students enrolling in this program could continue employment in business or industry while pursuing the Applied Technology Management major by utilizing the flexible once-a-week, evening delivery scheduled offered by Mount Marty College.

This is the only undergraduate degree program available in the Watertown area that allows for the transfer of technical coursework. This program will assist you, as a trained technician, to become prepared to move into management areas within your place of employment or beyond.
