Are you a graduate of a technical program from Lake Area Technical Institute?
Would you like to earn a bachelor's degree to enhance your employability and
your ability to be promoted? If you answered yes, the Applied Technology
Management program is the program for you.
This program is offered to complement the associate degree programs in
technology that are offered by Lake Area Technical Institute. Graduates of LATI,
with an associate degree from select programs, have the opportunity to complete
a bachelor's degree through the addition of general education and business
management courses at the Watertown campus of Mount Marty College. The goal of
the program is to improve employment opportunities of students who are
interested in professional advancement and management positions.
This program provides theory and practical experience in business and general
education coursework that, combined with technical skills, will expand
employment opportunities. Students accepted into this program must be graduates
of LATI with an associate of applied science degree from 2000 to the present.
A block of 64 credits, including any general education credits that are
transferable would be approved. Students will enroll for a remaining 64 or more
credits, including 35-42 remaining general education credits and 27-30 business
credits. The strong business program on the Watertown campus will provide the
broad business background necessary for preparing for a career in business and
industry management. |
