Transcript Request


Mount Marty College requires a written signature to authorize the release of all transcripts. We only release official transcripts and require a $5 (per transcript) fee payable in advance.

You may request your transcript by one of the following ways:

1. Our standard request form.
2. Writing a letter including the following information:
  Full Name (former name if applicable)
Address
Student ID or Social Security Number
Name and address of where you would like the transcript(s) sent
Your signature and date of request

Transcript requests may be submitted by:

1. Deliver to Bede 223
2. Mail to: MMC Registrar's Office, 1105 W 8th Street, Yankton, SD 57078
3. Fax to: (605) 668-1618
4. Scan and email to: registrar@mtmc.edu
