Once you have been awarded, you will need to complete your Master Promissory Note (MPN) and Entrance Loan Counseling if you are receiving Federal Stafford Loans as part of your package. If you happen to still have a remaining balance, you can consider an alternative loan or the methods of payment offered through our Business Office.

To reserve your spot in the residence hall a residence hall application must be submitted along with a $50 housing deposit. This housing deposit is refundable up until August 1st. You can also start planning what you might need to bring and make plans for a loft (women only).
  6. Secure Off-campus Housing: Off-campus students will need to complete an Off-Campus Intent Form. If you do not automatically meet at least one of the requirements listed on this form for off-campus eligibility, you will also need to file an additional form to be considered for an exemption. There are several online resources to assist you in your housing search.
  7. Register for Courses: You will be receiving information about registration of courses during the appropriate registration times. Your registration appointment will consist of meeting your advisor to discuss your interests and plans, registering for courses, completing student life paperwork, completing placement tests, receiving your student ID and becoming familiar with campus. If you are unable to attend during our pre-planned registration weeks or are not ready to register by those dates, you can certainly sign up for an individual appointment throughout the summer months.
  8. Challenge Yourself: Consider applying for MMC's Honors Program. It is a great way to stretch yourself academically and personally. Information on the program, eligibility requirements, and application are all available online.
  9. Submit all Health Forms: All students are required to submit health forms to secure eligibility for uninterrupted enrollment at Mount Marty College. Be sure that you have all paperwork completed in full and submitted no later than New Student Orientation.
