What activities are there are MMC?
At MMC, we believe that everything is a learning

active, and with over 50 different clubs and organizations, the possibilities are
endless. Students have the opportunity to get involved in campus

What are the admission requirements at MMC?
Of course, the
requirements do vary slightly depending on your educational background;
however, applicants are generally eligible for acceptance if they have a 2.0 GPA
(high school or college), 18 ACT, 830 SAT, or GED average score of 500.
The best way to find out how MMC can serve you is to apply and request for all official transcripts (high school and college, if
applicable) be sent to MMC for consideration. We have a rolling admission
policy and can inform you of your status as soon as we have all the necessary
information.

How do I apply for financial aid?
Financial assistance is an important part of every college
planning process. Therefore, it is always a good idea to start the process
as soon as possible.
Since MMC is not able to complete a financial aid package, or
even an estimate, for a prospective student who is not yet admitted, it is
imperative to follow the steps to gain admission as soon as possible once you
have marked MMC as a consideration.
Then, the next major step is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
(FAFSA). It is highly recommended that this form be completed online
as it significantly helps to expedite the awarding process.

How can I schedule a campus visit to MMC?
We love visitors! We also believe that visiting a
college is one of the best ways possible to truly find out if it is a good fit
for you! We try to offer many opportunities for you to experience our
campus atmosphere including Campus Visit Days,
Career Days, Scholarship Days and more!
At the same time, we understand that sometimes these dates don't
always fit into busy schedules or meet every person's individual needs.
Therefore, prospective students are always welcome and encouraged to schedule
individual visits at any time that are more conducive to schedules or if they
prefer to experience a more individualized visit.

What student services are offered at MMC?
MMC cares about the success of our students - this goes way
beyond academics and what you can learn in the classroom. We have
something very special to offer - a community who cares about each other's
intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual growth. Students are invited to
become an integral part of this community by participating in the total
educational experience.
In order to help that happen, MMC tries to serve the needs of
our students in every way possible. The Learning Center offers tutoring to
assist students in achieving their best in the classroom. Our Health
Services are there to assist our students who might not be feeling well.
Campus Activities assist in helping students to network, develop leadership
skills and find fellowship. And these just scratch the surface. The Student Life environment at MMC is rich and lively -
take part in that experience!

What are the residence halls like?
Living in the dorms is a significant part of having a
truly fulfilling college experience. The dorms become your "home away from
home" and you will find that many of your dorm mates soon become like family -
or at least friends that will last a lifetime.
Students have full access to technology within their rooms
through the laptop program which makes studying and researching easy. The
recreation and amenities available in the dorms make life comfortable and fun!

What is there to do in Yankton?
Yankton is a great
community - not too big and not too small. Located along the Missouri
River, the area is known throughout the region for its endless outdoor
recreational activities.
Not only that, but Yankton has numerous area attractions that
can offer valuable entertainment for students throughout the school year and
summer months. Certainly, keep your eyes open for more - Yankton IS
growing! We have new chain retail and eating establishments being
constructed on Broadway as we speak which will offer more new exciting options
to students attending MMC!
