VP of Enrollment Management

Hello!  My name is Brandi DeFries and I am the Vice President for Enrollment Management at Mount Marty College.  I have been working at MMC since 1999, along with taking classes.  I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Masters of Science in Counseling and Human Resource Development from South Dakota State University.  I am currently pursuing my Doctorate degree in Adult and Education Administration from the University of South Dakota.

As the V.P. for Enrollment Management, I serve on the Executive Team and provide leadership for enrollment management initiatives in support of the mission, vision and strategic goals of MMC.   I also assist part-time students and graduate students interested in attending Mount Marty.  We have helped many adult learners return to school to finish a degree while balancing work and family.

In my spare time, I enjoy any activity that gets me active to include golfing, bike riding, exercising, hiking, kayaking, boating and traveling. My favorite motto - “Nothing ventured, Nothing gained.”  I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, which does involve spoiling my nieces and nephews.
