• Ask your guidance Counselor to send your high school transcripts and ACT scores to colleges.

• Begin scholarship searches on the internet. Check out www.fastweb.com.
• Investigate private scholarships and other aid programs.
• Ask your Admissions Counselor about an early estimate for financial aid.

December

• Attend a financial aid presentation at your high school.
• Complete scholarship applications.

January

• Complete income tax returns.
• Complete the FAFSA by priority deadline of March 1 www.fafsa.ed.gov.

February

• Receive your financial aid award from MMC, sign and return your award letter.
• Send in your housing and tuition deposits.
• Complete a Stafford or PLUS loan application.
• Check out other loans to cover education costs.

April - May

• Meet college's immunization requirements.
• Attend a game/performing art event at MMC.
• Make Big Decision!
• Register for classes.

May-June

• Graduate, Congratulations!

July

• Relax, enjoy your summer.
• Contact your roommate to make arrangements.

August

• New Student Orientation!
• Classes begin!
