Coach Climer returns to Mount Marty as Head Volleyball Coach. Climer was formally an assistant at Mount Marty after her playing days. Climer was previously coaching at Hartington High School prior to coming to Mount Marty. She led Hartington to the District D-8 Finals after defeating the #7 ranked team in the state in the Sub-District finals. While at Hartington Climer's team rewrote the record books setting numerous individual and team records. Climer enters her third year as head coach for the Lancers. After her first two years at Mount Marty College, she has had three players named Honorable Mentioned All GPAC, five players named Daktronics Scholar Athletes, and both years the team received the NAIA Scholar Team Award and AVCA Team Academic Award with an overall team GPA in 2010 of 3.31 and 2011 team GPA at 3.42.
