Benedictine Lecture - "Hunger and the Poor"
On March 20, 2014, Father Larry Snyder, President of Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA), spoke on a broad perspective of poverty before focusing on the issue of hunger. Also, he spoke on the responsibility we have as a community of faith to take action.

Father Larry has led the CCUSA since 2005, overseeing the national office of more than 160 local Catholic Charities agencies nationwide that provide help and create hope to more than 10 million per year, regardless of their religious, social, or economic backgrounds. He is also the author of "Think and Act Anew: How Poverty in America Affects Us All and What We Can Do About It".
