Derek has a prototypical pitcher's body standing 6'4" and also has the ability to play outfield. I am excited to see what the future has in store for him athletically as a baseball player. I am also fortunate that the program and college are both getting an outstanding person."
Miller will major in business at Mount Marty College. The son of Doug and Lea Miller, Derek is the recipient of a MMC Honors Scholarship for his academic achievement and will also be receiving a baseball scholarship.
