Campus activities provide students the opportunity to utilize their gifts by involvement in a variety of activities and encourages student leadership, community building and personal growth.

Campus activities are planned and hosted by Mount Marty College students. Campus activities are open to all students, families, friends, and the MMC community.

Campus activities include a variety of educational, entertainment, leadership, wellness, and annual events.

Educational activities are designed to provide students with learning experiences outside of the classroom! Programs will consist of a variety of speakers, films, forums, and community outreach projects.

Entertainment activities at Mount Marty are designed to give students an opportunity to take time from studies and relax. Some of our entertainment activities include concerts, campus-wide games, competitions between the residence halls, and holiday-related events.

Leadership opportunities are intended to nurture connections both within the college community and the local community, as well as inspire and sponsor works that promote the common good of all persons. Some of the leadership programs are the Leadership Lunches, MMC annual conference, SDCPA Leadership conference, Annual Leadership Banquet and Community services.

Wellness programming consists of activities and events that offer a wide variety of ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Some of the wellness activities/services that are provided at Mount Marty are Intramurals, discounts at the Avera Sacred Heart Wellness Center, and lectures and forums on various topics such as smoking, drinking and depression.

Annual events are yearly programs that include the Benedictine Lecture, Blue and Gold Days/Family Weekend, and Homecoming.
