Health Services

Health and wellness are vital to your academic success, so we offer free, confidential health services for full-time students. A registered nurse is available from 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday during the school year, and a doctor from the Yankton Medical Clinic visits Friday mornings at 8 a.m., for evaluation and medical treatment.

Nutrition, exercise, relaxation, relationships and stress management affect your physical health and well-being. Student Health Services is there to help when you become ill, and to help you prevent illness. Several off-campus services are also available.

Our campus is bordered by Avera Sacred Heart Hospital on the east and the Yankton Medical Clinic on the north.

Mount Marty requires you to complete and submit the Comprehensive Student Health form, which includes immunization records.

Note: If students need laboratory work or X-rays, they are referred off campus and are responsible for any cost.
